Initiating the Claim Process

Once we have reviewed the relevant documents and completed the inspection, we enter into an agreement known as the letter of representation with the person authorized to sign for the association. That agreement is what allows us to act on the association's behalf, and any fee is set out in it, in writing, before we are retained.

We work on a contingency basis. We are not paid until you are paid.

That puts us on the same side of the table as you. Taking on a claim we do not believe in costs us our own time and resources, so we do not take one just to take it. If we tell you a loss is worth pursuing, we are putting our own work behind that opinion.

From there we run the claim start to finish:
